We rented one of their two seater sleds. Unfortunately when we got there to pick up our sled someone from the night before damaged the seat and it was not rideable. There were no other sleds they could rent us and this was our only option. However they went above and beyond to make sure we could get out and ride and fixed it themselves (without the needed parts). We really appreciated this and had the best time once we got out there. They also have really nice rental gear. The trail system in this area is endless and there is so much to do and see. At the end of our trip we got to warm up with complimentary hot chocolate, which was much needed.

We stayed at the Deer Creek Cabin in Island Park, it was Great!! Still smells new and very clean. Loved the heated floors in the bathrooms. Well furnished, great hot tub. Enjoyed watching the moose in the front yard. Easy access to West Yellowstone and Yellowstone. Will definitely stay there again.

New machines and great customer service. Wonderful trails and recommendations for places to ride. Not far off the highway and the communications during the entire process was great. Highly recommended!
