Airfare
- Fly out of any major city to the closest airport in Idaho Falls, Idaho
- We will provide a rental car for you to travel to Island Park, Idaho (1 hour 30 minutes)
- Shopping at Walmart (for groceries) and a restaurant stop in Idaho Falls is suggested before leaving to the cabins
- Airline travel for a maximum credit of $500 per individual reservation
- Flight booking provided by our booking agent
Cabin
- Accommodation for 6 nights, 5 days from Saturday afternoon through Friday morning
- Luxurious cabins sleep 6, 12, or 18 (will be placed according to availability and group size)
- Cabins have full amenities (Private Hot Tubs, Barbecue Grills, Full Kitchens, Heated Tile Floors, WiFi, Smart TV’s)
- Minimum occupancy of 6 people for said price
Snowmobile
- 5 days of riding snowmobiles from Sunday to Thursday
- Snowmobiling All Inclusive comes standard with a Skidoo Summit 600
- Upgrades can be made to a Skidoo Summit 850 for an additional fee if mountain riding only
- Great snowmobile accessibility: ride sleds to the grocery store, gas station, and restaurants. Gas stops available throughout the trail system
- Snowmobile gear (bibs, jackets, helmets, boots, gloves) are available for $40 per day per person
Extras
- Trails are very self-explanatory and easy to navigate
- Snow coach tours through Yellowstone National Park are available for $125 a guest (only available December 15- March 15). All day trip (lunch not included) and originates in West Yellowstone, MT shuttle
Cancellation Policy
- Snowmobiling All Inclusive Cancellation Policy: each person is an independent reservation. At any time after the reservation has been made, if a guest cannot go, a $300 cancellation fee will be kept, unless they find someone to take their spot. If under 30 days, a $300 cancellation fee will be charged and kept to be used on a later trip, within one year from the date purchase
- Airline Cancellation Policy: no cash refunds, but each individual can use a canceled ticket up to one year later, paying a $150 change fee to airlines
