Come Ride the West All Inclusive Deal

$1595.00 per person (plus tax) based on 6 or more people

Includes 6 nights lodging – Airfare – Luxurious Cabin – Snowmobiles – Shuttle from/to airport

Airfare

1. Fly out of any major airport to Idaho Falls, Idaho airport.
2. Shopping at Wal-Mart (for groceries) and a restaurant stop in Idaho Falls possible before leaving up to cabins
3. IPCL (Island Park Cabins & Lodges) Shuttle to Island Park, ID departing in late afternoon (3-4:30pm), returning on the day of travel from cabin at 8am.
4. Airline travel for a maximum credit of $500 per individual reservation
5. Airline booking provided by our booking agent.
6. Airline cancellation policy: No cash refunds, but each individual can use a cancelled ticket up to one year later, paying a $150 change fee to airlines.
7. Trip Insurance is available, with our travel agent, at approx. $110 per person.  This covers the trip and trip delays.

Cabin

1. Accommodations for 6 nights
2. Luxurious cabins/lodges that sleep 8, 12 or 16 (Will be placed according to availability and group size)
3. Cabins/Lodges have full amenities (Including hot tubs, big screen tvs, full kitchens, Dish Network, barbeques)
4. Cabin/Sled/Extra cancellation policy: Each person is an independent reservation.  At any time, if a guest cannot go, for any reason, $300 will be kept, unless they find someone to take their spot.  If under 30 days, $300 cancelation fee will be charged and the remaining will be kept, that can be used on a later trip, within 1 year from date of purchase.
5. Shuttle will deliver guests right to the cabin/lodge front door
6. Choose Thursday thru Wednesday OR Wednesday thru Tuesday.
7. Minimum occupancy of 6 people suggested for said price.  Extra for less people in group.  (Example: Group of 5 =$40/guest/night extra, Group of 4=$80/guest/night extra, etc)

Snowmobile

1. Each guest will be provided with a long track 600 Skidoo XP snowmobile
2. Upgrades can be made to a 800cc 151 long track snowmobile for $167/guest for the entire stay
3. Damage Waivers:  $25 (covering up to $250) OR $50 (covering up to $500).  This rate is per day per guest.  We do not offer insurance.
4. Snowmobile gear (helmets, boots, jackets, bibs, gloves) are available for $20/day/guest.  Goggles are available for purchase too ($40/pair)
5. 5 days of snowmobiling. Sleds ready to go at cabins on day of arrival
6. Great snowmobile accessibility.  You can ride your sleds to the grocery store, gas stations, and restaurants.  Gas stops available throughout trail system.

Extras

1. Wireless access in cabins is available for $14.99/group/stay.
2. Snowcoach tours through Yellowstone National Park available for $125/guest (Only available Dec 15-Mar 15). All day trip (lunch not included) and originates in West Yellowstone, MT.  Shuttle available.
3. Rental cars are available (price depends on size/day purchased) but not necessary.

New Cabin Name: Black Bear Lodge
Named After: Black Bear Canyon (about 45 minutes from the cabins)
Reason Steve Picked Name: We came across Black Bear Canyon snowmobiling a few years ago and it has become a favorite spot to return and visit each year.

Note: The winner was chosen by the company owners who did not know the names of the entrants. If more than one person entered the same name, the name was only submitted once under the name of the person who (1) submitted the entry first and (2) followed the guidelines.
