**These rates are per night and do not include the cleaning fee or taxes. 3 night minimum. Call office if less than 3 days are needed.

Note: All rates are subject to change at any time, based on availability and market conditions. When you make a reservation, you lock yourself into the rates posted at the time you made your reservation. If the rates go down, you are not entitled to a refund---nor are we entitled to charge you more if rates go up. If state taxes change, that portion of your reservation could go up or down (for instance, if sales tax changes before your check-in date.) However, if you change the dates on your reservation and rates have gone up, you will be charged the new rate. If you change your reservation and rates have gone down, you will not be refunded the difference.
