          These photos are of our rental cabin, the Meadowview. The cabin under construction will look much like this (without the garage).
          It is approximately 1,600 square feet and is perfect for a couple, a family, or a small group of friends. The cabin will have two bedrooms and a loft area.
          As you walk in the front door, you enter the dining area, which adjoins the kitchen. The dining room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, and laundry room will all be tiled. The kitchen has an island with an overhang wide enough for good leg room for anyone sitting up to it to eat---it's the perfect place to enjoy breakfast as you read the paper!
          The kitchen and dining room are open to the living room, giving the whole space an open, expansive feeling. This also makes it possible to enjoy the gas fireplace (located in the living room) while you dine. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, also adding to the openness of the space.
          Heading down the hallway from the kitchen, on the right you pass the bathroom, which has double sinks and a tub/shower combo. Just down the hallway on the left is the master bedroom. Finally, before you head out the back door to enjoy the view, you pass the laundry/utility room on the right.
          The stairs in the living room lead to the loft and the second bedroom. The loft is the perfect space for a sitting area or a game room (in our rental, we have a sitting area at one end and beds in the rest of the space). The second bedroom is big enough for a queen sized bed.

Around $216,000, depending on add-ons and used allowances.


Possible Changes to Floor Plan and Construction of Cabin
The buyer has the following add-on options: adding a deck to the back of the cabin and/or a small, 3rd floor playroom (would be located above the loft bedroom). We can also furnish the cabin with log bedroom sets and leather couch sets (see photos of our rental cabins on our rental home page).
